Her Voice Story

In 2011, I received a prophetic word while visiting a church in Houston, Texas that would change my life forever.

A woman preacher called me to the front of the sanctuary.  She laid her hands on my belly and said, “A prayer movement has been placed inside of you. This prayer movement will mobilize hundreds of thousands of women into prayer and change a nation.”

I couldn’t wrap my mind around this, but my spirit exploded. I buckled over under the power of God. Every part of me was trembling with electricity.

I went back home to Portland, Oregon totally impacted, but with no idea what I should do with this word. So, I continued with what I had been doing for several years: gathering women to come to my house to pray and get in the presence of our Mighty God.

Over the next several years, our gatherings organically grew out of living rooms and into retreat centers and church sanctuaries. The woman who gave me the original word in Houston (Pastor Callie Gray) received a call from God to help me, develop me, and support the ministry. She became my spiritual mother and mentor, even to the point of attending most of our gatherings. Women from all walks of life came to help organize and minister alongside me.

A team of powerful women formed.

Invites flooded in from Alaska to Florida. We saw God perform thousands of radical healing and deliverance miracles. This is when Tetelestai Ministries was formed, meaning “It is finished.”

Although I was building a large business at the time and raising a family, God gave me the grace to continue to travel, minister, and build a team. I put my babies on airplanes, nursed while preaching, and prophesied while a team member held my sleeping baby. Although I loved ministering, my favorite part of each retreat was training and developing other women to minister healing and freedom - to use their voice.

Then I had a dream in 2016.

In this dream, I saw a gathering of hundreds of women in Portland, Oregon. I knew God was calling me to take the next step and gather under a national umbrella. We hosted our first national gathering in December of 2017.

He gave me the name, “Her Voice Movement” which became a branch to Tetelestai Ministries. He explained to me that he wanted to turn our moments into a movement. We continued retreats from city to city, called “Drenched” for the next several years, hosting national conferences as well.

When the pandemic hit, God issued a word to us that we would lead one million women to Washington D.C. for a prayer gathering. Pastor Callie immediately started inviting people to pray with her on her social media, five days a week. Today, you can pray with her and some other powerful women Monday through Friday at 6am PST / 8am CST. Click Here to join >>

During the pandemic, we felt God call us to host Prayer Rallies around the nation. God gave us a mandate for these meetings:

“Lead my girls who have shame in their womb to healing waters.
they will be refreshed and become my strongest
and most dependable warriors.”

He shared that we were going out to “tune the trumpets” by ministering to the place of trauma - the womb.

After some research, we discovered that an untuned trumpet sounds sharp or flat. We understood that God wanted his women’s voices to trumpet HIS sound (rather than a sharp tone without love or flat sound without impact.)

We began to understand that trauma in the womb was a major reason that women carried the sharp sound of bitterness. Shame causes our voices to be sharp or flat - out of tune! But when we encounter the shame-breaking love of God, we become tuned to his voice.

His voice becomes our voice.

Our team compiled our own personal raw and vulnerable stories. We realized that our voices had been attacked through the womb - the target of the enemy’s destruction. We let go of our dignity and documented stories of molestation, rape, sexting, abortion, infidelity, drug abuse, same-sex relationships, and more. Because “we’re not supposed to talk about these things,” we decided to do just that - publicly!

Our stories can be found in Wounded Wombs, written and published in just two weeks. We gave this to every person who attended a Prayer Rally, totaling over 3,000 women. We spent months testifying and then praying for women in these exact situations. We saw that as women were healed and set free from deep shame, their voices were delivered from bitterness, rage, suicide, hopelessness, and purposelessness and SET FREE AS A TRUMPET OF VICTORY!

Then, on June 5, 2022, I was on a flight home from a preaching engagement when God downloaded clarifying blueprints that would thrust us into where we are now: the mobilization of one million women to prayer, fasting, and revival. Until then, I knew this was the GOAL, but I didn’t have a mobilization plan until this day.

He gave the very clear directive:

He has told us this is our assignment to take very seriously for decades to come.

Gather women
Equip them
Mobilize the army

The G.E.M. is his harvest! That’s what we’re after!

Where We’re Going:

In June of 2022, we were divinely connected to Lou Engle along with many others who have come alongside the movement in government influence, foster care, adoption, pregnancy, child trafficking, and spiritual mentorship.

Pastor Callie and I invite you to come alongside us and fight for our country and the freedom of American families.
Prayer is where it starts.
